Solindis, a recently founded chemical distribution company, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with IGM Resins to become the exclusive distributor of IGM Resins’ product range of radiation curing materials including photoinitiators and energy curing oligomers and monomers serving a fragmented customer base in the EMEA market as of the 1st of January 2022. Under the terms of the agreement Solindis will manage the sales, marketing and distribution activities to a large group of customers in Europe and will largely cover Middle East and Africa.
Managing directors of Solindis Frans de Wind and Ruud Kuijsters are excited to announce that due to their long history at IGM, and with the support from IGM, they have been able to set up a unique company representing a leading player in the Energy Curing Industry. Solindis will initially concentrate on the sales -and business development of the IGM product range, but has a clear ambition to extend its own portfolio in the coming years by representing other leading chemical manufacturing companies.
